how would I describe my diet?
yeah yeah, this isn’t a weight loss quiz - promise, but food really matters.
pretty balanced- lots of veggies, good fats, occasional sugar & processed foods
Gimme All the breads, Sugar, Pasta & I don’t even care {no judgments here ever}
I can control most everything except dairy- cheese & yogurt is life
Gluten free, dairy free, no processed sugars & basically no social life
